1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines prohibited activities on Tunisian Hosting infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not host, distribute, or link to content that includes:

  • Illegal material under Tunisian or applicable international law.
  • Malware, viruses, phishing pages, or credential-stealing tools.
  • Child exploitation material or content promoting violence or terrorism.
  • Pirated software, cracked game files, or unauthorized copyrighted material.
  • Harassment, hate speech, or content targeting individuals or groups.

3. Prohibited Activities

  • DDoS attacks, port scanning, or attempting to breach other systems.
  • Crypto mining without explicit written approval.
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or email abuse.
  • Reselling services without an authorized reseller agreement.
  • Using resources to proxy, tunnel, or mask illegal traffic.
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities in our platform or other customers' services.

4. Resource Usage

Fair use applies to all plans. Excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, or bandwidth usage that impacts other customers may result in throttling, plan upgrade requirements, or suspension. Game servers must stay within the limits of the purchased plan.

5. Game Server Rules

  • Do not use cheats, exploits, or modified clients to attack other networks.
  • Roleplay servers must comply with platform rules (FiveM, MTA, SA-MP, etc.).
  • Bot hosting must not violate Discord Terms of Service or API rate limits.

6. Security Requirements

You must keep server software updated, use strong passwords, and restrict admin access. Report suspected security incidents to our team immediately.

7. Enforcement

We monitor infrastructure for abuse signals. Upon violation:

  • First offense (minor): warning and required remediation within 24 hours.
  • Repeat or serious offense: immediate suspension.
  • Severe illegal activity: termination and possible reporting to authorities.

8. Reporting Abuse

To report abuse originating from our network, email abuse@tunisianhosting.com with evidence including IP, timestamps, and logs.

9. Policy Updates

We may revise this AUP at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
