1. Agreement
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using any Tunisian Hosting service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Services
Tunisian Hosting provides game server hosting, Discord bot hosting, web hosting, and related infrastructure services. Features, resources, and pricing are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent, to use our services.
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse promotions or trials.
4. Payments & Billing
Services are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Payment methods include D17, local transfer options, PayPal, and other methods listed on the order page. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, network issues, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
6. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate services immediately if you violate our Acceptable Use Policy, engage in fraud, abuse resources, or fail to pay. You may cancel services at any time through support; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tunisian Hosting is provided "as is." Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost data, revenue, or gameplay progress.
8. Data & Backups
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your server files, databases, and configurations. While we take reasonable measures to protect infrastructure, we recommend regular off-site backups.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in Tunisia. Disputes should first be addressed through our support team before pursuing other remedies.
